Anne Carroll - Anne’s strategic planning and public involvement consulting focuses on designing and implementing ethical and authentic public involvement processes, designing for the spectrum of diversity, and using creative approaches and tools to expand participation. She serves on the E-Democracy.Org board, the IAP2 International Board, and the St. Paul Minnesota Board of Education.

Tim Erickson - Tim has been managing online public policy discussions since 1998, managed the St. Paul Issues Forum for four years, and is Program Director for E-Democracy.Org. He launched and is supporting two pilot issues forums in Newham and Brighton & Hove, UK, and is a member of IAP2 and the Deliberative Democracy Consortium.
